If you attended class last week you may have noticed these 4 beautiful blue/white Glute Ham Benches. They were purchased from the San Jose State weight room and seem to be a welcome addition to our equipment share. There are numerous movements that we will be teaching and encouraging you to practice before and/or after class. 20140703 What a great Thursday everyone! Way to put in the extra effort on this warm day. Just a reminder that tomorrow is our 2nd Anniversary WOD, BBQ and Fireworks as well as this Nation's Independence day.
